cruise conference Belgian coast 14.09.2009
Dear Madam, dear Sir,
With great pleasure, and in name of Mr Joachim Coens, CEO of the port of Zeebrugge, and Mr Paul Gerard, CEO of the port of Oostende, I have the honour to invite you to the Cruise conference Belgian Coast. This conference will be organised in the ports of Oostende and Zeebrugge (Belgium) on the 14th of September 2009 on board of the ship the Seastar.
The conference gives you the opportunity to meet some of the executives of the international cruise-lines and to discuss particular issues. Representatives of a.o. Holland American Lines, Silversea cruises, Princess cruises, and Royal Carribbean Celebrity cruises, will be present.
Security in the port and on board of the ships will be a key issue during the conference. The naval police will give a clear presentation concerning the international cooperation in this field and a live intervention on a ferry-ship will be set up. It would be very nice to welcome you during this event. Moreover, this will give you the opportunity to have a better view on the maritime infrastructure in our ports.
