xing moderation told us :-

"We're looking for the prettiest and best group logos on XING. The winning groups will be rewarded with eternal fame and lasting praise, not to mention a load of great prizes. Want to know more? Stay tuned! Moderators who would like to upload a logo for their group are invited to do so in the coming days...."

if you feel any of the existing logos may be improved let us know
