Dear Group Members,
Italian-Chinese-owned but founded in China, traditionally focusing on Import of Products from overseas for retail-, supply-, whole-sales-chains , we now operate a much more fluid business model that allows for a greater degree of flexibility for our clients to ensure that our supply chain solutions are tailored to our clients’ individual requirements.
As well as operating on a traditional ‘importing basis, we also offer a service whereby we open fully-staffed ‘Sales Offices’ for our clients, with full access to the trading & marketing licences necessary to sell direct in China. The latter is what we discussed will be of benefit to your company so that clients such as Halbturn Wine Estate (Austria, Halbturn) LAUQUEN Water Company (Buenos Aires), Romaqua (Romania, Hague), Gsellmann & Hans Wines (Austria, Gols), Paltita Oils (San Felipe) has agreed on a partnership with our firm, where we become main-importer of their products or to provide fully-integrated Sales Offices operations based in our head office in Shanghai providing you with the ‘on the ground presence’ required to manage your supply chains effectively and in the most cost efficient manner.
In instances like this, we purchase 3-4 40 feet containers of wines, and around 2-3 40 feet containers of water and around 1 20 feet container of oils into China, via Beijing, to be distributed in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Nanjing.
This enables our clients having an extension in our offices and have access to all the necessary business licences without having to set up their own entity (i.e. not a Representative Office) or investing any registered capital in China ($300,000 - $500,000 including fees) – not to mention the fact that our clients do not have to go through the long and expensive process of obtaining all the licences, which requires a full-time presence in China.
