    Group newsletter: SICU to support Artists for Freedom - A Project fighting against Modern Time Slavery
    SICU has decided to support Artists for Freedom as a globally active project, which universal goal is to fight against human rights and to use the power of art to spread the facts, knowledge and misery of Global Modern Day Slavery - Human Trafficking.

    The reason why we are willing to support AFF is because of a good and important cause, and the factual connections, such as the starting points and how it’s openly organized, the philosophy in the background of the Helsinki Connection and SICU, the Synergysophy, and the co-promotion opportunities. What is still under consideration is if we would be the right partner to be responsible for the marketing communication activities and the sponsorship program of the project.

    The starting point of Artists for Freedom (AFF) is exemplary. By having had the freedom to think creatively without boundaries and by integrating several parties (artist), working with similar projects worldwide under a mutual “AFF sunshade” has offered an excellent total view of the project to start with. This has activated comprehensive thinking, and the understanding of creative collaboration, which make it much easier and faster to develop
    and implement the project in different environments.

    In essence, AFF represents an application of the virtual organization. It’s a fluid grouping of people and organizations in order to optimally address the task at hand.

    The elements mentioned above, builds-up a great platform to create cost-effectivity, and to increase the opportunities for added value and multiplicative effects. Creative collaboration offers also better chances to find external funding, and other money worth benefits, such as media space and time.
