If/when all SICU SSG members and creators of special groups follows this idea I'm sure it would lead to great results; cost effectivity, added value and multiplicative effects.
Do things worth talking about. It's not what you say that matters, it's what and how you do.
What do you think?

Tom, You know I adore your enthusiasm. I agree with what you are saying and would further add that I have seen a great deal of stress result when people put the wrong person in a job. I sometimes think employers just pick someone already in an organization and promote or transfer them to something they are totally wrong for and then wonder why performance was less than spectacular.
The future is all about working together. When I got my Master's in IT in 2006 I had to suffer through 4 classes in Project Management. I thought it would kill me. I did survive but all of my close friends were mighty glad when I graduated because they were not sure that I was not going to discover where this one online instructor lived and send someone to put him out of his misery! (just kidding of course)
I think that is what I like about you the most. You just continue to meet people and recruit them into one of your networks and then when someone asks who they should consult for something you give them one or more suggestions. Now even if the suggestions are not the exact fit, they will send you to someone else and if you persist you will eventually get to the exact right person. Now what that perfect person wants as compensation is another issue.
Love & Peace, Deborah
