  Build and Release Manager (m/f) in Halle (Saale) wanted

  Datameer is looking for a Build and Release Manager (m/f) for our office in Halle (Saale), Germany. We are a well-funded start-up in search of a dynamic candidate to taking on new tasks and responsibilities as we continue to grow.
  
  Datameer specializes in the analysis of large volumes of data for business users of Apache Hadoop. Our product is a business intelligence platform for Hadoop that enables data integration, analytics and data visualization including reports, charts and dashboards.
  
  Position Overview:
  - Manage new releases form development to delivery
  - Create a faster and more flexible build process, giving developers faster feedback on commits
  - Extend our ant build with new features
  - Maintain, minimize and improve our ant build
  - Maintain, minimize and improve our CI server environment
  - Analyze tests and create infrastructure to get a faster build time
  - Create infrastructure for automatic deployment
  - Optimize release cycles
  - Manage multi-project builds
  - Manage testing between backend and UI
  - Manage our testing routines (Java)
  
  Experience and Requirements:
  - 3+ years experience as a build and release manager
  - Excellent knowledge of continuous delivery processes
  - Expert knowledge of build servers
  - Very good knowledge of build tools (ant, maven, etc.)
  - Experience with unit, mock, integration, and ui tests
  - Knowledge in deploying and releasing software versions
  - Experience with version control systems (git)
  - Experience with multi-project and dependency builds
  - Basic Java programming skills
  - Experience with Selenium Webdriver (UI tests)
  - Hadoop knowledge is a plus
  - Communicative, customer-oriented, and flexible
  - Good communication skills in English, a basic knowledge of German would be nice
