Employment law and minimum wages in Second Life?
Today I came across this podcast episode of the Virtual Worlds BusinessCast. It is a pretty comprehensive discussion of legal aspects of living and making business in virtual worlds like Second Life. One aspect that I personally never though of is what employment laws might be applicable when I hire a virtual dancer or builder.
