Position: Customer Service Account Supervisor (Rest of Europe)
Location: Zurich
Report to: EU Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1.Follow up front sales proposals and negotiations with the customers in rest of Europe and do contracts reviews internally
2.Advise Sales Managers on Production and stock availability
3.Process orders and proforma invoices, managing with Logistics department, the on time delivery of orders.
4.Assisting customers on facilitating payment process and logistics operations.
5.Follow up with payment and cash collection on a monthly bases
6.Assist in the customer contract compilation
7.Communication directly with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments.
8.Coordination of documents such as Letters of Credit, Proforma invoices, plus Bill of Lading, shipped product information data etc.
9.Reporting operational information to the required internal departments.
10.Issue reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis summarizing the sales status.
Job Qualifications:
1.Minimum 2 years previous experience within similar role at an international company / Environment
2.Experience with Oracle
3.Strong bias for customer satisfaction
4.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team
5.Proactive Self starter and problem solver. Taking initiative when required.
6.Good knowledge of international business environment, operations and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage)
7.Good communication skills
8.Fluent English
REMARKS: Solar PV experience is preferred !
