  EU Operations Manager—— Recruitment Info from a NYSE Solar Company

  Position: EU Operations Manager
  Location: Zurich
  Report to: Vice President S&M for Europe
  
  Main Responsibilities:
  1.Being an information focal point between the EU commercial organization and the factory
  2.Manage and optimize the payment and incomes
  3.Manage sales contract review process
  4.Solar Module allocation strategy
  5.Stocks level optimization
  6.Manage the EU Back Office and customer service team
  7.Optimize internal processes for maximum efficiency and control
  8.Collect weekly / monthly forecast updates from the sales team in Europe and help develop the shipping plan with
  
  back office planning in China.
  9.Responsible for EU warehousing in line with Supply Chain Management Guidelines
  10.Monitor outstanding payments and ensure sales team follow
  
  Job Qualifications:
  1.Minimum 5 years previous experience within similar role at an international company / Environment
  2.Strong bias for impact and performance delivery
  3.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers Proactive Self starter and problem solver.
  4.Team Player with proven ability to manage teams of different nationalities and backgrounds.
  5.English - Fluent
  German, Italian, Spanish or Chinese beneficial
