Hi all,
As predicted in Terry's anti-spam blog (
http://blogs.msdn.com/tzink/archive/2008/11/04/obama-s-victo...), the amount of "political spam" has increased significantly over the past week. Most of the spams are harmless and annoying commercials for a variety of products, others are more compelling and "contain images" in a nice zip-file, of the designated US president's wife.
The evil in this is that spammers manage to disguise themselves behind hot topics that interest the general public. The average email user will have a hard time determining these messages as spam prior to opening them.
Have you/ your customers noticed similar trends?
