    SUMMARY
    SpamExperts B.V. is currently looking to expand its sales team. The candidate will be assigned to a certain region and be responsible for all sales and communication activities in his or her region. The entire sales-cycle will have to be completed with optionally passing hot-leads on to senior sales executives. The candidate will manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. He or she will work closely together with the marketing team to optimize the roll-out of the commercialization process of the SpamExperts Corporation.
    SpamExperts B.V. is an email security company. SpamExperts has focussed on selling high-quality anti-spam, anti-malware, anti-phishing, anti-virus email filtering solutions to ISPs, Web hosts, enterprises, and consumers in more than 100 countries worldwide.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Generate leads, follow-up leads, generate visits, visit potentials, close sales, upsell to existing customers.
    2. Identify interesting new target markets, draw up targeting sales & promotion action plan
    3. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
    4. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    5. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    6. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
    7. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
    8. Identify and resolve client concerns.
    9. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    10. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology together with the Sales Manager and team.
    11. Identify interesting new target markets, draw up targeting sales & promotion action plan
    12. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
    13. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    14. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    15. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
    16. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
    17. Identify and resolve client concerns.
    18. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
    19. Communicate and work with other company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

    REQUIREMENTS
    1. Minimum bachelor degree in the field of IT, business, sales, marketing
    2. Fluent communication skills in the English language, and preferably one other language being Dutch, German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, or French
    3. Ability and passion to: persuade, influence, present,
    4. Strong communication skills
    5. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
    6. Computer literacy (esp. MS Office)
    7. Representative and professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    8. Valid driving license
    9. Willingness to travel
