Well, just read Maxim's articel in the Welcome section... Yeah, we certainly should consider writing in English. But in fact, I hope the "effort" is worth it, so that we finally get some feedback here in this board. The language doesn't matter, if nobody reads it, or replys it. Don't get me wrong, I just want this board to be alive, not just visited and applied by Simon and me.

So, to come to the point, what are the swiss offices' experiences with recruiting?
Any DOs? Any DON'Ts? Just anyting of interest? Please tell me!
