Strategy maps, KPI's and scorecards
I have currently started looking into the IT strategy and think that strategy maps, KPI's and scorecards are the best way forward for me. I was wondering if anyone else had taken this approach and was willing to exchange ideas?

KPI's are widely used these days, I'm also on the way of adapting them
