    On behalf of our Client, a renowned International Life Insurance Company, located in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, we are looking to recruit a

    Client Services Manager (m/f) – German Team

    The Client Services Department acts as a centre for service excellence in the provision and maintenance of high quality administration and service support to the Company’s international clients and pan-European network of distribution partners.

    Your role:

    - Act as one of the first points of contact for our high-quality distribution partners, such as family offices, tax lawyers, fiduciaries, estate planners, etc.
    - Aim to provide them with a world-class “post sales” service by means of close follow-up, very efficient communication and a high level of pro-activity.
    - Use this high servicing level to develop strong relationships with partners, with a view to building excellent cooperation.
    - Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
    - Proactively solve operational issues and provide regular reports to management and staff.
    - Ensure day to day workload is managed in a timely and efficient manner amongst staff.
    - Coach and develop a small team. Conduct appraisals, agree objectives and identify training needs.
    - Ensure team performance objectives are achieved and proactively contribute to departmental performance objectives.

    Your profile:

    - At least 5 years’ customer service and people management experience gained within the financial/insurance sector.
    - Ideally, you have been running a client service desk in the financial sector.
    - A people manager and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Highly mature person capable of working independently and able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem solving capabilities.
    - Possess drive, influential and persuasive skills as well as the ability to achieve results through working in a logical and systematic manner.
    - Flexible and adaptable you will enjoy challenging situations in a changing environment.
    - Native German speaking and fluent in English. Any other European language would be considered an asset.
