On behalf of our Client, one of the major and most renowned international Private- and Investment Banks in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, we are looking to recruit a
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (m/f) - ITALY
Private Banking (m/f)
Main Activities:
Initiate and develop relationships in order to acquire new clients for the Mediterranean Market Group, specifically for the Italian market;
Set up and maintain a network of intermediaries and business developers;
Proactively support the Client Advisers for acquiring new clients;
Coordinate client events (conferences, seminars, sponsoring,...) and set up key actions for acquiring new clients;
Proactively manage the prospect pipeline, working closely with the Client Advisers.
Knowledge:
Master academic degree
Languages: Italian mother tongue, fluent English. The knowledge of French is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Private Banking (products and solutions).
Proven professional track record in commercial development.
Personal qualities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Client driven and results oriented
- Strong negotiation skills
- Availability to travel
- Autonomous and organized
- Team spirit
- Excellent general knowledge
