    Member of the pan-European group Banking Group, our Client is the Luxembourg based International Life Insurance Platform of this Banking Group and plays an active role in the Group’s global strategy via its two primary spheres of activity: individual and collective savings plans.

    Within the framework of the development of their activities in the life insurance business, we are looking to recruit a

    Senior Relationship Manager - Italian Market

    Your mission:

    - You are the privileged point of contact of the Private Bankers and Advisors in Private Assets Management for life insurance products, focused on high net-worth clients.
    - Your mission is the development of independent distribution channels (Private Bank, Family offices, and other independent financial advisors)
    - You are able to work respecting the rules of business ethics (deontology) and financial compliance standards.

    Your main activities:

    - Acquisition and maintenance of a distribution partnerships network (private banks, family offices and other independent financial advisors) in the assigned market
    - You are a competent partner in private asset management and personal financial planning for standard products as well as complex, tailor made financial solutions.
    - You identify in an autonomous way new business partners in order to propose insurance products for their wealthy clientele and you develop a profitable business network.
    - Work with legal and fiscal experts to design suitable, practical and fully compliant solutions which optimise the clients’ wealth management
    - You participate in the development of new products and participate in the global financial insurance service in order to create added value.
    - Organise sufficient knowledge transfer and training initiatives to educate the saes network and business

    Your profile:

    - You have a university degree and you can prove a minimum experience of at least 5 years in the financial sector, preferably in life insurance.
    - You have a track-record of proactive business development and client management skills in Business-to-Business and/or Business-to-Consumer environments
    - Entrepreneurial with strong commercial skills to proactively acquire new network partners
    - You have already demonstrated successfully your capacity to develop a distribution network.
    - You have very good knowledge in planning of pension schemes and successions.
    - Clear affinity with the tax and legal context of the high net worth client in the assigned geographical market
    - Ability to manage complex transactions, project management skills and curious to find creative, yet fully compliant solutions
    - Results orientation and business closing skills
    - Highest ethical standards to ensure the end client receives the best possible solution given the legal and fiscal conditions of the assigned market
    - Socially minded, strong presentation skills, comfortable to work with the most senior and sophisticated clients
    - You enjoy teamwork and are ready to share your knowledge with your professional circle of acquaintances
    - Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (French and other European languages would be an advantage)
