HI everyone!
I'm organising a one-day conference about all the business aspects tied to freelancing: setting rates, finding clients or helping them find you, figuring out your offer, balancing work and life, dealing with administrative stuff, connecting with "colleagues".
It's aimed at freelancers in the internet/tech/media/communication industries, but is open to everyone. The conference will be in English, because the intended audience is European... but fellow Swiss people are most welcome!
It will take place in Lausanne (just a short train hop away from Geneva, Switzerland) on May 16th.
More information on:

Registration has opened this week. There is a special Earlier Bird price (cheaper than Early Bird!) until this week-end. See
http://going-solo.net/registration/
What will this be about? We have speakers like Stowe Boyd, Suw Charman, Martin Roell, Laura Fitton:

Thanks :-)

PS: I wanted to post about this in the French-language profession-web.ch community, but unfortunately the registration process to be able to do so is too tedious. If any existing member would be willing to talk about it there... many thanks. I think this would be an interesting information for that community too.
