Wir möchten der Gruppe "Gastronomie" eine weitere speziell zum Thema Systemgastronomie gegenüber stellen, um den Interessen und Anliegen speziell dieser Branche hier ein Forum zu bieten.

in unseren beruflichen Praxis haben wir häufig erfahren, dass die Systemgastronomie von Individualgastronomen nicht immer ganz ernst genommen wird und ihnen keine gleichwertige gastronomische Kompetenz zugesprochen wird. Obwohl - im Gegensatz zu der Individualgastronomie - hier stetige Wachstumssteigerungen zu verzeichnen sind. Und das in Zeiten, wo es nicht allen Gastronomen gut geht.

Diese Gruppe bietet Raum für anregenden Gedankenaustausch, gute Diskussionen, wertvolle Tipps und vielleicht auch die eine oder andere Überraschung.
