  This global investment bank has an opportunity for a Tax Manager, preferably a qualified Steuerberater, to join its regional headquarters in Frankfurt.
  
  Taking responsibility for the delivery of tax services to various investment products, the Tax Manager gets involved in a broad range of products including traditional institutional investment funds, private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, fund-of-funds, and many other types of alternative investment products.
  
  Reporting to the Head of Tax in Frankfurt, you will provide tax support for investment products in Germany and across the EMEA region. This position handles all tax aspects associated with the product life cycle including structuring, reorganizations and refinancing, tax compliance & analytics, tax audits, dispositions and fund liquidation.
  
  You will need to be a German business economist or attorney at law, preferably qualified Steuerberater. International real estate transactional tax experience would be an advantage.
  Some experience with other EMEA and/or US tax regimes would be an advantage. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
