Invest an hour of your time and recieve one hour of time in this network of professionals. Example: Coaching, mentoring, helping to prepare business plans or presentations. Members connect based on their skills and competency profiles and exchange time. Example: A member invests one hour of his time to prepare for example someone in the nework for an interview. He has now collected one hour of time to exchange against a service he recieves from someone else. No member can accumulate more than 25 hours. The minimum unit is 15 minutes.
