    New members validation
    If you are a moderator you will get subscription requests from people who want to join the group.
    If you cannot understand the language of the request, please let another moderator approve the new member subscription.

    Some people join the group to find a club near them, or to find more information about Toastmasters.

    If they are trying to find a club near them, you can take the opportunity to introduce the new Xing member to the club.

    There is an "introduce" tool on each profile page. It can be used to introduce the new Toastmasters forum member to a club.

    For example, you could send them something like this:

    An example of message ;

    Dear Club manager,

    Dotty has joined our Toastmasters Forum on the Xing Platform:

    https://www.xing.com/profile/Dotty_Andrews/

    Her introduction message was:
    To Whom It May Concern,

    I'd like to become a member of Toastmasters to further my speaking and business management skills. It would be helpful to learn from a professional group of public speakers for new tips to best represent myself as well as my organization.

    Thanks for your consideration.

    Dotty Andrews

    Feel free to invite her to your next meeting !
