Xing is an amazing marketing tool.
I use it for the benefice of my company and my customers.
Now VP-RP of a Parisian Club, and Web marketing support of the Parisian Sector
I launched this project to help in the development of Toastmasters International!
The strength of TMI and Xing is to be present all around the world, with several languages,
it would have be a pity to not benefit from it.
Before validating subscriptions in this group,
we have to organise the admin group,
to define the marketing strategy between admins,
to translate the process and to prepare automatic messages.
Please don"t validate members' subscriptions now.

Xing provided all tools for an efficient marketing project
- Viral Invitation system
- Event management system for invitation management
- Forums for communication, FAQ, etc.
So, just use Xing for our marketing actions !

######## The Admin Role ########
- You have not to send invitation !
Xing's members love that !
- You have not to create Events !
Presidents, VP-RP love that !
- You have not to write messages in forums !
( or just during the launching phase )
Most of our members love to communicate !
So what ?
######## Your Real Admin Role ########
You have the most important role !
1 # A communication role with TI members
Because all TMI's leaders shall want to understand, the purpose, the functioning of this group on Xing
( Don't send invitation before the launching phase ! )
2 # A coordination role with most actives members.
It is going to have new messages, numerous volunteers there who want to participate in this project
with whom it will be necessary to communicate.
It is important to channel these resources, to select the competent persons according to our needs.
3 # A leader role :
Your leader's role is to encourage members to forward the Toastmasters message.
4 # Organise the backup Team !
I hope you have, like me a TV, some pets, some friends, and more !:-)
This project is very exciting, but also able to exhaust us!

During this phase, perhaps could we focus on [FR] [ DE] [EN] languages
Period ? August ? September? recruitment period ?

They practise the platform and are able to quickly made the buzz

2 # Providing html tools for websites, blogs, etc.
>> banners, links
>> Some webmasters have perhaps allready done that !
