Hello fellow Toastmasters: glad to meet you in Xing as well
Fellow Toastmasters,

my name is Michael Kohlhaas; I am 52 years old and live in Rottenburg/ Germany which is approximately 50 km south to Stuttgart.

After finsihing my school I joint German Forces and made a career as an officer. During this education I studied economice at Bundeswehr University in Hamburg.

After these 14 years in the army I changed to paper-industry where I made a career in controlling and accounting, was MD in a paper mill for about six years before I changed to HR/ Talent Management.

Two years ago I made myself self-employed as a business coach and a developer of young professional leaders und I enjoy this task very much.

This profession made me curious about TM, as there is of course the necessity to do presentations and explanation "all the time" about my offer, my profile etc.

In seldom ;-) cases I don't work I am busy with my family, do some sports and especially ride my Ducati on race tracks all over Europe, mainly of course in Germany.

I am glad to be part of TM organisation and would appreciate it very much to get some addditional contacts via Xing
