Great Checklist for Your Toastmasters Club Web Site
District 46 is doing a web site competition this year, and they just published the scoring criteria for the competition:

    http://www.toastmasters46.org/public_relations/website_conte...

This should be a great resource if you want to run your own web site contest for your district. It is also an excellent checklist if you are looking at your club website and wondering, "What should we do next?" If you are trying to attract new members or serve your members better, this checklist will probably include at least one idea that you have not done yet.

I encourage everyone to take a look. I did not create it, so do not thank me. If you find it useful, please contact the webmaster at District 46 at webmaster@toastmasters46.org.

Re: Great Checklist for Your Toastmasters Club Web Site
    Hi Alex,

We at the Vienna Toastmasters Club (http/http://www.toastmasters.at) learned about our District (59) competition for the best website (Pixel) Award last year, and applied.

    Guess what: We won!

So we got awarded with a nice plaque at the District Conference in Prague which was nice recognition. The ironical thing, however, was that there was only one Club applying for this award, and that was us. Although we have a nice website, it would be great if more Clubs and Club Executive Teams would see the efforts of applying for this kind of Awards and create some "healthy competition" and most of all learn from each others experiences...
Well, this fiscal year there will be at least hopefully all our Area Clubs applying for the "Pixel" award and we will create some healthy competition in our Area....

    Best, Niko
