    Vous êtes VPRP ou participez aux invitations de votre Club ?

    Voici un guide pour utiliser la fonction Rendez-Vous de Xing.
    Nous ne prétendons pas avoir fait un document exhaustif
    Il s'agit souvent de conseils de bon sens.

    # Logo Toastmasters sur vos évènements et visibilité dans ce groupe.
    - Seuls les admins peuvent créer des évènements groupe.
    Je peux vous ajouter temporairement à la liste des admins.
    Vous aurez ainsi l'option groupe ( Toastmasters ) à la seconde page de création.

    # Création d'un nouveau rendez-vous, la page est ici :
    https://www.xing.com/app/events?op=new

    # Vous connaissez votre calendrier de rendez-vous longtemps à l'avance
    mais les internautes font essentiellement de la consommation immédiate.
    annoncer vos évènements 2 mois maximum à l'avance.

    2 #Description
    - Ajoutez si possible un numéro de téléphone pour être facilement contacté

    3 # Geo-Positionnement
    spécifiez bien la région, le code postale et la ville !
    l'option de recherche géographique ( près de chez vous ) de Xing est très efficace.
    Avec une adresse précise dans "Informations supplémentaires sur le lieu"
    les visiteurs pourront accéder directement au plan d'accès !
    Ajoutez métro, étage ...

    # Sur-booking
    - Parce que les invitations sont moins efficaces avec des contacts web
    prévoyez 15 places maximum si vous n'en disposez que de 10

    # Réservations hors plateforme Xing
    - il vous suffit d'utiliser la fonction inviter par email et ajouter l'email de votre invité ( prenom nom <adresse@email> )
    - Dans l'interface de gestion, vous modifiez son statut s'il a déjà confirmé sa présence.

    # Envoyer vos invitations uniquement aux personnes qui habitent à proximité,
    Nous sommes une association de proximité, il ne s'agit pas de spammer.

    # Exportez la liste des participants et envoyez-la à votre VPA
    ( Personnellement j'utilise Google Docs pour partager un fichier excel avec le VPA )

    # La liste des "Peut-être" et les "Oui" absents
    vous facilitera les relances de suivi

    # Après l'évènement,
    Avec la fonction "Rédiger un courrier à tous les participants"
    Envoyez un message de remerciement à tous " les participants qui ont accepté"

    Hello,
    You are VPRP or participate in the invitations of your Club?

    Here is a guide to use the Events service of Xing.
    We do not claim to have made an exhaustive document It is often about advice(councils) of common sense.

    # Logo Toastmasters on your events and offer more visibility to your event in this group.
    - Only the admins can create events group.
    To benefit from the logo and from the visibility groups, get in touch with me.
    This before the creation of your event.
    I'll add you in the admin group and you will have the option group=toastmasters on the second page.

    - You know your calendar of meeting for a long time in advance but the Internet users make essentially some immediate consumption. Announce your events 2 months maximum in advance.

    2 #Description
    - Add if possible a phone number to be easily contacted

    3 # Geo-Positionnement specify the mail region, the code and the city!
    The option of geographical research (near to you) for Xing is very effective.
    With a precise address in " supplementary Information on the place " the visitors can reach directly the plan of access!
    Add subway, floor...

    4 # Overbooking - Because the invitations are less effective with Web contacts plan 15 places maximum if you have it only 10

    # Bookings except platform Xing
    - you just have to use the function to invite by email and to add the email of your guest (firstname name < adresse@email >)

    # as an organiser, you can confirm or not presence of people you invited, so do it for people you know are not so "openbc savvy", but happy to join.

    # Export the list of the participants and send it to your VPA
    (Personally I use Google Docs to share the Excel file with my VPA)

    # The list of "Maybe" and "Yes" absentees will facilitate you the relaunchings(reflations) of follow-up

    # After the event, With the function " Send a mail to all the participants " Send a message of thanking to all the participants who accepted "

    I would be interested in to use this feature to our Vienna TM club (http://www.toastmasters.at).

    Of course Niko.
    I' add you in the admin group, it's a necessity for creating an event with our Toastmasters Logo.

    Due to the admin number limitation,
    we'll be perhaps in the obligation to remove you of the admin team later,
    when an other member will ask for using this service.

    We could have some limitations with the number of events creation with a no-premium Xing statut,
    Feel free to ask to one of our member to do it, or do it with him if necessary.
    When the group will be more active, I suppose we'll could see for a premium group option with the Xing team.

    For english speaking clubs,
    Facebook have a free similar event service, Craiglists work fine also.
