prinzipiell eignen sich die S&T-Bäume gut dazu, die Umsetzung zu verfolgen, da sie bis auf die Detailebene heruntergebrochen werden und da die Schritte jeweils ausführlich beschrieben sind.

Die mitgelieferte Datei zeigt Screenshots über
- ein finanzielles Modell zur Kalkulation der Auswirkungen
- ein Ressourcenmodul, mit dem die Belastung der Resourcen durch die Umsetzung geplant wird
- eine Gantt-Darstellung
- Buffermanagement (grün, gelb, rot)

Das sieht doch alles sehr interessant aus. Wer hat schon Erfahrungen damit?

Strategy and Tactics Trees:

On the 11th of May in Mannheim Eli Schragenheim will discuss how to develop strategy and tactics with the target of achieving a decisive competitive advantage. He will show how to answer the question ‘what is necessary and what is sufficient’ to achieve the strategy of a company. Most important will be the synchronization of all the business functions to achieve the desired strategy.

Eli will be using the software ‘Harmony’ a software tool that assists the development of your strategy and tactics.

In the following 3-days Eli will show a sets of strategies and tactics for 3 different business situations – make-to-order, make to stock and consumer goods environments.

I believe that these 4 days (or 2 of the 4) are very important for managers to gain new insights into the development of the strategies and tactics for their companies.

The workshops are in English!!!

Hallo zusammen,

auf der TOCICO Konferenz in Tokio hat Goldratt einige Fragen zu
Strategie+Taktik-Bäumen geklärt:

Der S+T-Baum detailliert die dritte Frage der drei Fragen zur Veränderung:
1. Was verändern?
2. Wohin verändern?
3. Wie die Veränderung bewirken?

Um einen S+T-Baum zu entwickeln, müssen also zuerst die ersten zwei Fragen
beantwortet werden. Das geht mit dem Denkprozess. Die Prozedur schaut so aus:
1. Verstehe die aktuelle Situation - Gegenwartsbaum, CRT
2. Analysiere und Löse die Kernkonflikte - Wolke, CRD
3. Beschreibe die Lösung - Zukunftsbaum, FRT
4. Beschreibe die Hindernisse, die Lösung zu erreichen
5. Entwickle den S+T-Baum

Laut Goldratt kommt er fast von alleine, wenn die ersten vier Schritte ausführlich
durchgeführt wurden.

Allerdings gibt es bisher sehr wenige Leute, die Erfahrungen mit der Entwicklung
von S+T-Bäumen haben. Goldratt hat die Community aufgefordert, sich daran zu
beteiligen.
