  TP agreement service sector - recommendable template ?

  All, I am looking for a reasonable template for a service agreement (TP agreement) within the service industry (CRO). This would concern mother company in Germany and CEE affiliates, and likelwise an Indian mother company with affilate in Germany. Does anyone have a template of such agreement they could provide, or direct me to a (web) source where I could get it ? Much appreciated, rgds
