Reminder - Interco Financial Transactions Survey
Hello Transfer Pricing Group Members,

I wanted to post this article to remind/ask members to please take the time to fill out this transfer pricing survey on intercompany financial transactions (LINK BELOW). CUFTanalytics has partnered with International Tax Review and TPWeek to develop and report the findings on this growing (in terms of transfer pricing audit controversy) area of transfer pricing. The survey will close on July 31st, so there is just over 3 weeks to get your responses in and included in our results.

Please know that your responses are very valuable and very much appreciated as it will help us to assess: 1) which country tax administration are most active in the area of intercompany financial transactions, 2) which types of financial transactions are most likely to trigger an audit, 3) which issues are most likely to be disputed (e.g., method selection, comparable data selection, consideration of implicit parent support, amount of debt, etc.), and 4) which countries have the most active APA programs for intercompany financial transactions. The goal of the survey is to help the global transfer pricing community (multinational companies, tax administrations and practitioners) to better understand, assess and plan for transfer pricing audit/controversy risk for all types of intercompany financing structures.
