  The below link is to an article we at CUFTanalytics recently had published in BNA. It discusses the appropriateness of using corporate bond data in the secondary bond market versus corporate loan data to price interest rates on intercompany loans and fees on intragroup loan guarantees. Not to spoil the ending but we basically conclude that corporate loan data is a more reliable source of benchmarking data.
