    Where are Arm's Length Interest Rates Today?
    Hello TP Group Members,

    I have attached a link to our latest newsletter, CUFTanalytics Perspectives. In this issue we provide a brief perspective on the range of arm's length interest rates for the previous quarter. This particular topic is something we plan to re-examine twice annually for the Q1 and Q3 periods. Please note this data is presented for informational purposes. It is raw unadjusted data, (i.e., not adjusted for any particular features and characteristics such as subordination, security status, tenor, industry or geography risk factors) and can therefore not be relied on for pricing your intercompany financial transactions.
