    New Developments: Transfer Pricing Topics
    Dear all,

    I would like to start some new discussions/topics for transfer pricing, e.g.

    1. methods and exchange of experiences with "year end adjustments"
    2. Funktionsverlagerung and/or IP-shifting => transfer package
    3. exchange of experiences "IP-Valuation => Change of Customerbase and the opportunity of §89b HGB"
    4. TP and the development of the "Steuerhinterziehungsbekämpfungsgesetz"
    5. Implementation of transfer prices into an ERP-System, e.g. SAP (Operational Transfer Pricing)
    6. Benchmarking vs. Amadeus: Are there any other solutions?

    Well balanced topics, indeed! However, I can not but must vote for topic 6. Since AMADEUS has been pushed a lot into the TP direction, it would be value adding to collect some user impression and thoughts. Are there alternatives on the horizon? I would be happy to benchmark those against AMADEUS.
