European corporate tax base: proposal is on the way!
Hello everybody,

on March 16th the EU Commission has proposed the so-called Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base. Details can be found here: http://bit.ly/fhRLuA

The commission aims for a single framework of taxation rules to overcome the headache of over 27 different tax legislatives. It appears, that this simplification has some major impact on TP related issues.

What do you think? Will many corporations exercise this option in the near future? If not, I would be interested in your thoughts.
