    Invitation to the Operational Excellence Society Munich Chapter Meeting on January the 16th
    Dear All,

    I would like to invite you to the first meeting of the “Operational Excellence Society - Munich Chapter” in 2012, on Monday, January the 16th, at 19:00.

    The Operational Excellence Society is dedicated to supporting regional collegiate collaboration, the exchange of best-practices and experience, and generally face-to-face mind-share.
    Our monthly meetings provide a great opportunity to network with like-minded people, and to discuss one choosen topic from the areas Leadership, Operational Excellence, and Lean & Six Sigma in depth.

    Agenda:

    19:00 – Registration & short introduction to the OpEx Society
    19:30 – Speech on "Identity and Culture; key management tools for the 21st century" by Dr. Olivier Rivière
    20:00 – Questions & Answers, Open Discussion
    20:30 – Networking Mixer / Dinner (optional)

    Whether you are a practitioner, in academia, a consultant, or an individual who is interested – all are welcome to participate. There is no such thing as an official membership or any “paper work” whatsoever, and there is no admission fee for attending the OpEx Society meetings.
