  TQM excellent as a start for understanding TaskType www.tasktype.com

  Given the nature of this tool I think that a classical consulting firm (which is selling hours to a customer) will not necessarily like to use this tool because they want to occupy their consultants on the ground. The compelling advantage (unique selling point) of this tool is that clients don’t need expensive consultants to map their processes nor do they have to train their staff for multiple days to do this. Also the tool will give an excellent overview which opportunities exist and it is all being done by their own employees who will now be much more engaged! I would say TaskType is a kind of “Lean Six Sigma / TQM @ the desktop” for all employees, anyone can start using it.
