    For our site in Munich we are looking for a Head of Global Student Programs and Recruiting (f/m) at the earliest opportunity.






    The Head of global Student Programs and Recruiting is responsible for the development and implementation of global student programs and initiatives in accordance with the global Talent Acquisition strategy, principles and framework. This means - to develop international student program framework, - drive and support implementation of global student program and initiatives, - to give directions on all aspects student programs - to drive and leverage the efforts to make Siemens the employer of choice - keeps ahead of market trends to ensure that implemented student programs are competitive.

    Reports to the Global TA Head.




    What are my responsibilities?



    Develop the Global Student Program and Recruiting Strategy in order to raise excitement on Siemens as an attractive employer and establish a relevant sourcing pool


    Develop Global Student Program Framework including processes, standards, roles


    Continuously develop and improve and manage TOPAZ, Yolante, Siemens Masters Program, Ernst von Siemens Scholarship, ensure that they are positioned as highly attractive among the Gen Y target group


    Ensure that student programs are the most important source for graduate recruiting


    Identify and screen the most effective communication channels for positioning the student program among the respective target groups, including social media channels


    Analyze the expectations and communication behaviour of the Generation Y target group


    Re-Launch, globally implement and manage Global Student Award


    Enable Talent Acquisition Network and hiring managers to become employer branding ambassadors


    Support (focus) countries to develop an appropriate Student retention strategy and implement relevant Student program and activities


    Innovate on Branding and Marketing of these programs, align with new employer branding campaign and global employer value proposition


    "Best Practices / Competitor Analysis:
    - Gather valuable information and identify best practices from the internal / external market
    - Analyze relevant Employer Branding & Recruiting reports and data and share it with the internal Talent
    Acquisition community"





    What do I need to qualify for this job?



    University degree in Business Administration, Engineering


    More than 5 years experience in an international talent acquisition / employer branding / marketing / communication role
    Comprehensive experience in managing and implementing global employer branding & recruiting strategies and programs;


    Consulting experience in respective area
    Experience in leading international projects


    Experience in managing (project) teams in a multicultural environment


    Good know ledges in following areas:



    - Trends in the labor market and TA best practices



    - Recruiting: GlobalSiemens Standards



    - Employer Branding: strategic approach, key levers, innovative methods, expectation of target groups



    - Social media (Web 2.0 recruiting, social platforms etc.)



    - Gen Y: expectations / communication behaviour



    - Overview of relevant partners and providers in employer branding & recruiting



    - Change management



    - University Relations and overview on university landscape



    - Overview of relevant candidate profiles and their expectations



    - Employer Branding Ranking and Key Performance Indicators



    - Development of communication strategy and activities



    - Marketing and communication skills



    - Employer Branding Campaign: Strategy and Collaterals



    - Recruiting Software: process and interfaces



    - Training and Presentation Skills



    - Business and Siemens product know-how



    Business fluent written and spoken in German and English


    1-3 years of international experience, working in different cultures/countries and multi-cultural teams


    Initiative, analytical skills, ability to communicate, networking skills, ability to work in a team, motivation and ardour, customer orientation
