Moderasyon, vakit alan, ciddiyet, dikkat, sevgi isteyen, gonullu bir istir - cocuklarimizi buyutmemize benzetirim !!
Bana kalirsa, sahsi programlar yapilacak, sahsi gelir ve cikarlara agirlik verilecek bir yer hic degildir.
Ayrica, bir ekibin birlikte gelistirmeye calistigi bir 'emektir'. Ekip olmazsa, ciddi olarak, yanliz yurutulemez.
Ayrilma sebebime anlayis va takdir gostereceginizden eminim :-)
Saygilarimi sunuyor, hepinize basarilar diliyorum.

Dear friends and members,
I have decided to leave the moderation of Turkish Business Club.
You may still see me as moderator untill Xing authorities cancel my name.
Moderation is a volunteer work which requires much time, attention, dedication, seriousness and love - like raising our own children !!
In my personal view, moderation is no place to have personal objectives, especially on personal incoming financial, etc matters.
Furthermore, it is supposed to be an enhancement of team work. Without team-work, it cannot be handled seriously by a person almost alone.
I am sure you will comprehend and, eventually apprecite my decision :-)

I do not understand what you exactly mean by 'deals' ??
I have never made or tried to make any personal 'deals' through groups I moderate and do not intend to, contrary to others.
Are you, may be, a little 'sour' about the non-acceptance of your request to become a co-moderator of another group I moderate ?? As I have written you, with my private message, it was a team decision.
I personally believe it always has to be a team-work; otherwise, it will always be the usual KOYUN & KiRPi KILI story.
