  Folks,
  Mr. Willie Carter has once again added a thoughtful and helpful article to the “ideas” page. Titled: Improving Financial Performance With ISO 9001.
  
  Too often companies do not take advantage of quality programs and industry standards, like the ISO 9000 standards, to better their operations and administration. These programs, as Willie writes, can be very helpful to increase quality performance and to save costs in various organizational activities.
