    Sales Executive - Frankfurt
    Digiturk (or DIGITURK) is a Turkish Satellite television provider, founded in 1999, with services starting in mid-2000. They offer national cable TV channels and their own channels, national radio and music streams of different genres. They have their presence in Turkey, Europe, Cyprus and America. They work with membership system and have more than 2.3 Million subscribers. Their vision is to provide entertainment and technology to people and mission is to be only digital platform that provide daily needs of people and institutions in terms of entertainment, information and education.

    Functions:
    - Define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives; ensuring the achievement of the business unit budget
    - Secure and expand the market position in the respective assigned market by implementing marketing excellence and establishing/maintaining profitable customer relationships
    - Optimize the business line profitability and monitor business effectiveness in the assigned territory and taking corrective action where necessary
    - Develop a marketing strategy by providing relevant and up to date market intelligence
    - Handling all Sales directed through Digiturk Europe.
    - Managing Distributors in Germany and other Countries in Europe, Promotions, Call Center Sales and all Marketing activities including Advertising
    - Make Sales visits to the field
    - Have to manage a large geographical area with team
    - Managing a sales team; in providing leadership, training, appraisal, motivation and development which will enable them to achieve their sales targets


    Requirements:
    - University Graduate
    - Relevant experience in Sales and handling distributors and channels
    - Candidates with experience with membership and earn members through distributors as from sectors like Media, Cable TV or Telecom are preferable
    - Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    - Leadership skills and experience of managing a team is preferable
    - Prepared to travel frequently
    - Should be Turkish native having good command on German and English language
    - Confident, articulate, pro-active and motivated personality
    - Results oriented and creative; Possess interpersonal skills with all type of management, communication within a geographical spread organization and cultural diversity, as well as analytical skills
    - Ability to use MS office applications
