The leadership program Up with People (UWP) was founded in the United States in 1965. The organizations programs offer a variety of aspects ranging from international travel, community service, leadership workshops to performing arts. The programs are designed for an international Cast of students ages 18 to 30.

Xing group "UWP Alumni & Friends"
This group offers UWP alumni, former host families, sponsors and friends an opportunity to (re-)connect to friends all over the world. The alumni network is a powerful group of people who share the same vision and goals, who spend time on the road doing volunteering in non-profit projects and endless hours rehearsing and performing on stage.
This group allows everyone to share business ideas, spread job and internship opportunities and get in touch with the kind of people who we all love to do work with: open-minded, culturally sensitive and tolerant UWP alumni across the world.
