Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu ... Spicy delight!
Hello fellow vegetarians,

as I have been discussing Ma Po Tofu in another forum, I am now really hungry and looking forward to the time when my wife will next time prepare this delicacy for me. As she is of Chinese origin, she would kick my ass if I suggested that I prepare it ;-)

PS: If you do not like too spicy food ... no problem at all.
It tastes very well also when prepared as 'normal' dish by leaving out the chili oil.
