    Compensation & Benefits Specialist experienced with ERA - Hamburg
    I have an excellent opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist experienced with ERA or an HR Generalist/ Business Partner who is interested in specialising within this field. My client is offering €70,000 to €80,000 + Package.

    Our client is a well-respected international renewable energy company. The role will offer the challenge of helping the organisation professionalise its approach to Compensation as it seeks to standardise this function across all its global centres.

    The key requirements include:
    • Design, implement and manage a relevant compensation and rewards policy for the business.
    • Undertake job evaluations to ensure that the differentials in pay between those fulfilling various roles within the organisation is fair and is perceived to be so.
    • Providing a step review at a high level evaluating the business case, the benefits and the cost impact in order to sanitize concepts before recommending approval and implementation.

    The successful candidate will have a degree and experience in HR and speak fluent German and English. In return you will receive a competitive compensation package.
