  Management Assistant (f/m) for Brand Strategy and Marketing Communication at Deutsche Telekom AG, incl. Steinbeis-Master (M.A.)

  Location: Bonn; flexible for international travels; Number: sax925/2979
  
  We offer a two-year work as Management Assistant (f/m) in a forward thinking company in combination with a practical master-study. The project giving company will pay for all costs of the master's program. In addition, participants receive a salary in scholarship amount. More so than a trainee program, contact your professional experience in addition to a nationally recognized internationally accredited master title. In parallel to your work on a specific growth project for the company, you will complete a postgraduate course in the dual principle of the Master of Arts in Management (MA). You will be qualified and prepared for a management task. The Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin (SHB), one of the largest business schools in Germany with doctorates, is a state-recognized university leader in the competence transfer between science and industry.

  The Brand Strategy and Marketing Communication department is responsible for bringing Deutsche Telekom´s brand alive across all customer facing touchpoints, from communication to products and services within the organisation and across all national subsidiaries.
  
  Tasks
  The international project focuses on:
  - experience Deutsche Telekom and its brand through behavioural interactions across customer facing touchpoints, especially in Call Centres, Shops and Technical Unit
  - the project is very successfully established across Europe and South Eastern Europe countries
  - for 2011 we want to extend the programme and its impact to further international touchpoints and initiatives
  
  You will be a part of a small project team with responsibility for independent workstreams within the project:
  
  - support to drive engagement and execution of the programme across participating and new countries
  - fully lead and manage some defined country engagements
  - drive implementation of programme communication concept across countries & stakeholders
  - analyse information and develop content for important stakeholder meetings and committee updates including facilitation
  - planning and organisation of key stakeholder meetings and cross country workshops and clearly communicate tasks and results
  - evolve and share best practice programme material across countries and internal stakeholders
  - support Programm Manager in Project Management
  
  Profile
  You have a first degree (bachelor, diploma, master) in business, marketing, communications or language/cultural studies and now you want to qualify in management tasks.
  
  - you should be able to work in a very demanding project and environment
  - you should be very well-structured and open to take over responsibility
  - being a quick learner is a great advantange
  - you can develop your project management skills
  - being a proactive and enthusiastic person to contribute to a positive team spirit, would make you a perfect choice for our team
  - you should be routined with working with MS office applications, especially in PowerPoint
  
  Being a part of an international team and environment, you should be fluent in English. Any other additional languages, such as Dutch, Czech or Croatian would be excellent
  
  You will be based at Deutsche Telekom Headquarters in Bonn. However you should be flexible for international travels if required.
