  Marketing Assistant (f/m) for ICT Business Europe at Deutsche Telekom AG, incl. Steinbeis-Master (M.A.)

  We offer a two-year work as Junior-Consultant (m/f) in a forward thinking company in combination with a practical master-study. The project giving company will pay for all costs of the master's program. In addition, participants receive a salary in scholarship amount. More so than a trainee program, contact your professional experience in addition to a nationally recognized internationally accredited master title. In parallel to your work on a specific growth project for the company, you will complete a postgraduate course in the dual principle of the Master of Arts in Management (MA). You will be qualified and prepared for a management task. The Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin (SHB), one of the largest business schools in Germany with doctorates, is a state-recognized university leader in the competence transfer between science and industry.

  Department
  The board area is steering all fixed line and mobile activities of Deutsche Telekom in this area including the related marketing-, sales- and service functions in the regional area Europe. Our task is a close international cooperation with the goal of identifying additional revenue potential and realizing synergies through economies of scale with Europewide cooperation. This way, we aim to further strengthen Deutsche Telekom’s international footprint and market position.

  The department ICT-Business functionally reports to the board area. The objective is to significantly extend the ICT segments of our subsidiaries in Europe and to attract large business accounts in the region.
  
  Tasks
  - Quantitative and qualitative data research incl. data quality verification
  - Data analysis, evaluation and interpretation
  - Identification and summary of key information / key messages as well as visualization on presentation slides for internal and external use
  - General support of Senior Experts and Management regarding
  - Transfer of analysis results into concepts and measures
  - Develop and presents appropriate documentation/decision papers for internal and external stakeholders
  - Preparation of workshops with several Deutsche Telekom national companies
  - Takes ownership of projects and intiatives and drives them successfully towards defined ambition levels.
  
  Profile
  You have a first degree (bachelor, diploma, master) in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, etc. and now you want to qualify in management tasks.
  
  - One main field of study should be marketing or strategic management
  - Practical experience based on internships in other companies advantageous
  - Fluent English language skills, oral and written is mandatory
  - Experience in using MS-Office (especially PowerPoint and MS-Excel)
  - Strong analytical skills - going beyond obvious sources to gather information, critically probing & challenging to get to the heart of issues.
  - Thinking broadly, recognising issues from a strategic viewpoint
  - Good communication skills (ability to adopt to styles and requirements of different corporate cultures)
  - Can do mentality
  - Flexible - can work on different topics, adjust fast to priority shifts
  - Creativity in presentation of insights
  - Proactive behaviour and self-organizing skills
