  In the last two years, cloud computing has quickly gained momentum from being a promising business concept to one of the fastest growing segments in the IT industry.
  
  However, there are many uncertainties which surround the use of cloud PCs and what exactly happens to your data once it is stored on these remote machines. While cloud service providers are fast trying to answer the issues of security, analysts warn that the cloud is becoming particularly attractive to cyber crooks.

  If my data is held somewhere in the cloud (we don't always know its exact location) and being piped over the Internet, “is my cloud data as secure as my data being protected in my enterprise-controlled repositories and networks? “
