  WORK PERMIT SERVICE
  "We quote the following information" - According to Decree 46/2011/ND-CP. To amend and supplement some articles of Decree 34/2008/ND-CP of the Government on the "Recruitment and management of foreign laborers working in Vietnam." as follows:
  
  Foreigners working in Vietnam, except those specified in paragraph 1 of Article 9 of this Decree which has not been granted work permit shall have procedures for granting work permits as stipulated in Decree this. After 06 (six) months from the date this Decree takes effect, if foreigners working in Vietnam without work permits or documents not be submitted for issuance of work permits under of the Department of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs request of the police force or deported under the provisions of law.
  For the above regulations, enterprises with foreign employers are required to apply for work permit in accordance with procedures prescribed by the state.
  
  Currently, businesses with foreign personnel are often not prepared or completed legal documents as prescribed
