Dear Prof. Dr. Joly,
I welcome you to our Champagne & Wine forum. We are glad to have you as a member.
Burgundy wines are my favorite wines, to the point that I was courageous enough to start my business specializing in Burgundy wines. I think they are the most elegant and velvety on the palat...it makes wine drinking very enjoyable.
I am looking forward to exchanging ideas with you.
Best regards,
Elizabeth
