  Zwingenberg vineyard walk and wine tasting event May 1st

  For those of you living in or near Germany's Bergstrasse (south of Frankfurt)
  There is an annual vineyard walk May first every year starting in Zwingenberg, Germany (Odenwald, Bergstrasse) with wine tastings set up in the vineyard. You will pay for the samples and the walk is for several miles snaking through the small mountains covered with vines. We plan to attend this year. The meeting point is at the Zwingenberg train station at 10 a.m. Bring good walking shoes and picnic supplies in a backpack if you would like to join us. May first is a holiday in Europe, this year it is on a Tuesday. Let me know if you plan to attend so I know you will be joining the group or to notify attendees of the plan in case of rain.
