  Wine and Cheese a recipe for friends gathering!

  If you have a company of good friends, I would like to suggest an easy recipe:
  
  Bring a St. Marcelin cheese, pour on the cheese a table spoon of Château Neuf du Pape wine or a good Côtes du Rhône wine. Put it in the oven for few seconds and then serve it warm with a baguette and drink the same wine you poured on the cheese. You will be definitely complimented on your taste.
  
  Wine recommendation: Château Joanny, Red from Côes du Rhône. It is a high quality wine and great price. This wine won 160 Gold medals and awards in France for the last 8 years and it won a medal at the Atlanta wine Summit Competition in 2001.
