  Change Manager IT (m/f)
  
  
  
  based in Berlin. As Change Manager (m/f) you are responsible for the set up of change management plans, mainly concerning about IT. Further, you assure the smooth later implementation, prepare trainings and accompany afterwards the technically oriented trainings of the staff.
  
  
  
  Therefore you are experienced in change management. You graduated in economic/ business psychology, psychology, sociology, social sciences or economics/ business studies. Alternatively you graduated in IT and are duly experienced in change management processes.
  
  
  
  An exciting and superbly endowed task, combined with the social securities of an internationally operating combine awaits you for that. The task in a multicultural team is enthrals you. Therefore you are able to communicate facilely in English. You consider your task being your vocation and permanent change and alteration to progress is an integral part of your life.
