  OUR OFFER TO INVESTORS:
  
  1. 20% of the gross selling price of all the memorial lots and columbarium units.
  2. 18% Interest Earnings of Investors Money paid to Investor after three years moratorium from release of money.
  3. Return of Investors Capital within 5 years.
  4. This offer can equate the US$ 500,000.00 INVESTORS CAPITAL NEEDED to a total of 2,400 Memorial Lots and 500 Columbarium Units, MAKING INVESTMENT FULLY SECURED!
  5. Duration of Joint Venture Agreement is for a period of 10 years only.
  6. Investors/funders/business speculators' money invested to the project shall be bonded by a reputable Insurance Bonding Company.

  The proposed Basud Memorial Park project is represented and spearheaded by Maria Mercedes C. Godino in her capacity as Landowner and Administratrix of the Intestate Estate of the of the Late Enrique Locsin Godino and Natividad C. Godino
  
  BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
  The proposed Basud Memorial Park is the first and only memorial park in the Municipality of Basud.
  
  TOTAL LAND AREA OF THE PROJECT: 50,000 square meters or Five (5)Hectares
  NO. OF MEMORIAL LOTS FOR SALE: 12,000 lots - Total Gross of Memorial Lots = US$ 9,212,544
  NO. OF COLUMBARIUM UNITS FOR SALE: 2,500 units - Total Gross of Columbarium Units = US$ 2,344,104
  
  MARKET/DEMAND BASE COMPOSITION: Total Household Population: 333,041 Estimated Market Target: 63,118
